Job Description

Implementation of QMS system in Plant

Provide response to internal, client and regulatory agency audits.

Corporate and departmental resource for Quality Assurance issues.

Manage QA oversight of equipment and facilities, laboratory testing and release, and test method or

process validation.

Oversee the disposition of raw materials and intermediates

Developed product control limits and test specifications as required.

Managed the Quality Assurance laboratory and production floor testing programs of manufactured

products.

Perform internal facility audits.

Monitoring of production activities on shop floor.

Routine cross checking inward record of RM & PM.

Investigate root cause of product failure and suggest proper CAPA.

Cross verification quality parameters of the product before dispatch.

Review of BMR / BPR before Dispatch
