responsibilities:

handling inbound and outbound international calls

providing timely and accurate solutions to customer queries

maintaining a high level of customer service

following up on unresolved issues and escalating them when necessary

documenting all interactions and updating customer information in the system

requirements:

excellent verbal communication skills in english

prior experience in international voice process or customer service is preferred

willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts

strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet

basic computer literacy and familiarity with crm tools
