Must be comfortable in generating leads through tele-calling.
Must keep track of all leads generated on regular basis.
Noting important details of each conversation.
Attend weekly meetings/trainings with managers and trainers for regular progress.
Addressing clients queries or grievances about products or the company.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Knows how to cross gatekeeper
Requirements:
Prior experience into Outbound Sales or Telecaller (CREDIT CARD).
Candidates from Other Financial background can also be considered
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Candidates from banking sectors and/or experience in Credit Card will be a plus point
Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
