Role: Customer service (Permanent role)

Manage inbound and outbound calls

Be flexible with in all shifts aligned by the organization

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experienced with excellent verbal communication skills

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Ability to multitask, priorities, and manage time effectively

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication

Working days:

5 days working 2 days off

Salary:

Provided CTC to 4 LPA (Attractive Incentives)
