- Conduct Outbound Calls to International Clients: the International Telecaller Will Be Responsible for Making Outbound Calls to Potential Clients Located in Different Countries to Promote Services or Products.
- Handle Customer Inquiries: the Telecaller Will Answer Incoming Calls from Customers, Provide Information About Products or Services, and Address Any Issues or Concerns Customers May Have.
- Maintain Call Records: the Telecaller Will Be Required to Keep Accurate Records of all Calls Made and Received, Including Details of Conversations and Outcomes.
- Meet Daily Call Targets: the Telecaller Will have Set Targets for the Number of Calls to Be Made Each Day and Must Work Towards Meeting or Exceeding These Targets.
- Follow Up On Leads: the Telecaller Will Follow Up with Potential Leads Generated Through Previous Calls or Marketing Efforts to Try and Convert Them Into Customers.
