Interior Designer - Full Time - Freshers

We are looking for a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team in Gurgaon. This position is ideal for fresh graduates who have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail. As an Interior Designer, you will play a crucial role in transforming spaces to meet clients' needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Concept Development: Create initial design concepts that align with clients' visions and requirements, ensuring a thoughtful approach to aesthetics and functionality.

- Space Planning: Design layouts that maximize the use of space while considering flow, accessibility, and safety, making sure every area serves its intended purpose effectively.

- Material Selection: Research and select colors, fabrics, furniture, and other materials that fit the design theme and budget, ensuring high quality and durability.

- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their preferences, presenting design ideas and incorporating their feedback throughout the process.

- Project Management: Oversee the project from conception to completion, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and other professionals to ensure timely delivery and adherence to design specifications.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a strong sense of aesthetics and creativity, with an ability to visualize spaces and design elements. Good communication skills are essential for effectively discussing ideas with clients and team members. While experience is not required, a strong portfolio showcasing any relevant design projects, even academic, will be beneficial. Candidates must be detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks within deadlines. Proficiency in design software will be considered an asset.
