- **Material Selection:** Research and select materials, furnishings, and color schemes that fit the project vision while adhering to budget constraints.

- **Client Consultations:** Meet with clients to discuss design ideas, listen to their preferences, and incorporate their feedback into the design process.

- **Project Management:** Oversee design projects from initial concept to final execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

- **Technical Drawings:** Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for construction and installation, collaborating with contractors and vendors as needed.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**
