we are seeking a talented, experienced interior, kitchen designer with minimum of 2 yrs of experience in interior design software. interior, kitchen designer will be responsible for creating innovative interior spaces, with focus on kitchen design, that meet client requirements & exceed expectations. the ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, proficiency in industry-standard software, & passion for creating inspiring living spaces.

interior design: conceptualize & create interior design concepts for residential & commercial spaces, considering aesthetics, functionality, & client preferences.

develop detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3d renderings using industry-standard software.

kitchen design: specialize in kitchen design, including layout planning, cabinetry design, appliance selection, & material specification.

design custom kitchen solutions that optimize space utilization & enhance workflow efficiency.

client consultation: conduct client consultations to understand their design preferences, lifestyle needs, & budget constraints.

present design concepts, mood boards, & material samples to clients for review & approval.

project management: manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept development to completion.

coordinate with contractors, vendors & other stakeholders to ensure project timelines & budgets are met.

software proficiency: utilize industry-standard design software such as autocad, sketchup & adobe creative suite to create detailed drawings & visualizations.

stay updated on the latest software updates and advancements to enhance design capabilities.

material selection: source & specify materials, finishes, fixtures & furnishings that align with design concepts & client requirements.

maintain knowledge of current trends & innovations in interior design materials & products.

qualifications:
