we are seeking a highly skilled intensivist to join our dedicated icu team at mediversal superspeciality hospital (msmsh). the ideal candidate will have a strong background in anesthesia and substantial experience in intensive care. you will play a critical role in managing critically ill patients, ensuring optimal care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality medical support in the icu.

key responsibilities:

manage critically ill patients admitted to the icu, ensuring timely interventions and continuous monitoring.

oversee all aspects of patient care in the icu, including ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and invasive procedures.

work alongside other specialists, including surgeons, cardiologists, and anesthesiologists, to deliver integrated patient care.

lead resuscitation efforts and ensure the stability of patients in critical condition.

supervise and mentor icu staff, including nurses, junior doctors, and medical trainees.

maintain and manage icu records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient status and treatment plans.

implement and monitor infection control protocols to minimize risks to critically ill patients.

stay up to date with advancements in intensive care medicine and contribute to continuous improvement in care standards.

qualifications & requirements:

md in anesthesia with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in icu or similar critical care settings.

strong expertise in icu protocols, critical care management, and emergency procedures.

excellent decision-making abilities in high-pressure environments.

proven ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary medical team.

compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on outcomes and quality.

valid medical license to practice in india.
