Position Overview:

As the Integration Lead, you will be responsible for leading our integration efforts across various systems, ensuring seamless data exchange, and driving successful implementation of integration solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver efficient and effective integration solutions that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Integration Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive integration strategy that aligns with the companys goals and objectives.

2. Platform Expertise: Utilize your extensive knowledge of multiple integration platforms to select and implement the most suitable solutions for each project.

3. Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design integration solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

4. Technical Leadership: Lead a team of integration developers and engineers, providing technical guidance and mentoring to ensure successful project delivery.

5. Implementation: Oversee end-to-end integration implementation, including data mapping, transformation, and testing, to ensure the quality and reliability of integrations.

6. Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for quality assurance and testing to identify and address issues in integration solutions.

7. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, solutions, and configurations.

8. Monitoring and Optimization: Implement monitoring tools and processes to proactively identify and resolve integration issues, and continuously optimize integration performance.

9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure that integration solutions align with organizational goals.

10. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with integration platform vendors, staying up-to-date.
