Insurance Sales Officer & Team Leader

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Financial Advisor. As a FA, you will be responsible for providing insurance sales and brokerage services, managing and growing a customer base & team if you Lead any. and providing excellent customer service. This role is primarily located in Bhubaneswar but allows for some remote work.

1)To achieve business targets through field sales of insurance product 2)To recruit train and develop a team of insurance agents to create business opportunities 3)To assist insurance agents in sales calls for sales conversion 4) Result orientation in achieving business targets from time to time 5)To be the first point of contact to ensure seamless customer service.
