responsible for preparing and maintaining insurance policy records. also handled the tasks of checking premium records on a regular basis assisted insurance sales team in achieving monthly sales target.

bancassurance jd :

life insurance sales through assigned bank branches.

coordinating between bank and company from lead generation to policy conversion.

follow up with operations of banks.

to build mutually beneficial relationships with bank and help in acquisition of clients.

customer requirement gathering and analysis for better product pitching.

handling objections and grievances and providing them with timely solutions.

guiding / mentoring new team members with required deliverable and company values.

develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line

- conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring

- development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits

- work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals

- identify the training needs of the agent and work with trainers to improve the same
