Insurance Advisor Fresher

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Insurance Advisor to join our team in Bhowanipore. As an Insurance Advisor, your main role will be to help clients understand different insurance options, ensuring they choose the right plans for their needs.

- **Assist Clients in Selecting Insurance Plans**: You will guide clients through various insurance products available to them, explaining the features and benefits of each option.

- **Conduct Needs Assessments**: Understand the specific requirements and financial situations of clients to recommend suitable insurance solutions.

- **Build and Maintain Client Relationships**: Establish trust and rapport with clients to foster long-term relationships, ensuring they feel comfortable returning for future services.

- **Process Applications and Manage Documentation**: Handle the paperwork involved in setting up insurance policies, making sure all documents are accurate and completed properly.

- **Stay Updated on Industry Trends**: Keep abreast of new insurance products and changes in regulations to provide informed advice to clients.

We expect candidates to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients. An understanding of basic financial concepts is a plus. As this is a full-time office role, you should be ready to work regular hours and collaborate closely with our team.
