1. plant maintenance jobs: provide mesaurement & flow product & system maintenance support for preventive & breakdown jobs

2. plant maintenance management through good planing , monitoring , execution and ensure on time billing

3. shutdown job planing with customer team for its perfect execution with on time delivery

4. meet all customer maintenace kpi's

highlight top / key responsibilities for this position

1 routine and preventive maintenance of field devices including pt/dpt/tt/level/flow/switches/radar/wireless & fieldbus communications

2 cordinate with plant maitenance for field device management on day to day basis for preventive/corrective jobs

3 providing expert advice for installation/performance optimization and troubleshooting of plant devices

4 erection and commissioning of all field devices as per customer requirment

5 escalation of critical case to bu factory

6 planning of shutdown jobs well in advance with customer team

7 generating sales leads for the various rosemount mesaurement & flow products

8 ensure to complete measurement sheet approvals and bill on monthly basis

desired educational qualification

diploma/be in instrumentaiton or electronics - knowledge of hart , fieldbus, modbus & wirless flow & measurement products is prefered

technical skills / knowledge required

knowledge of rosemount mesaurement & flow products jobs

knowledge of calibration of rosemount mesaurement & flow products jobs

knowledge of hart , fieldbus, modbus & wirless protocol is required
