Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile engineer to handle a combination of service, installation, commissioning, and audit responsibilities for our [Specify Industry/Equipment/Systems, ., industrial machinery, HVAC systems, electrical equipment, medical devices, automation systems] in the Nashik region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to ensuring the proper installation, functionality, and performance of our products/systems, as well as verifying compliance with standards and specifications. This combined role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction, product reliability, and adherence to quality parameters.

Key Responsibilities (Combined):

Installation & Commissioning:

Oversee or perform the installation of new equipment/systems at client sites, ensuring proper setup, connections, and alignment with specifications.

Conduct thorough commissioning procedures, including testing, calibration, and configuration to ensure systems operate according to design parameters.

Provide training to clients on the operation and maintenance of installed equipment.

Service & Maintenance:

Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing equipment malfunctions.

Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Manage service calls, prioritize urgent issues, and ensure timely resolution of client problems.

Auditing & Performance Verification:

Conduct technical audits of installed equipment/systems to verify compliance with performance standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.

Use specialized testing equipment and procedures to measure performance parameters (., efficiency, output, emissions).

Prepare detailed audit reports, documenting findings, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending corrective actions.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of all installation, commissioning, service, and audit activities.

Prepare detailed reports, including service reports, commissioning checklists, audit findings, and performance assessments.

Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Customer Interaction:

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and ensure satisfaction with our products and services.

Maintain professional relationships with clients and build trust in our technical expertise.

Technical Expertise & Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in the relevant field.

Contribute to the improvement of installation, service, and audit procedures.

Provide feedback to engineering and product development teams based on field experience.
