About the Role
You will own Vakilsearch's influencer strategy end-to-end €” from scouting creators to measuring the exact impact every campaign has on leads and brand sentiment. This is not a supporting role. You will build partnerships, run campaigns, and report directly to the marketing leadership.
What You'll Do
Scout micro & nano-influencers (10K€“200K followers) with high engagement rates
Identify, shortlist & outreach to creators across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn who can execute a brand lift for us
Negotiate partnerships, manage deliverables, and ensure brand-safe content
Track CPL, reach, engagement, and brand lift per campaign
Coordinate UGC collection and repurpose content for paid ads
You Should Have
Strong personal interest in the creator economy €” you follow creators closely
Excellent written communication for cold outreach and negotiation
Familiarity with tools like Phyllo, Heepsy, or manual research methods
Prior experience running even one influencer collab €” paid, barter, or personal
A spreadsheet brain €” you track everything
