About the Role
You will own Vakilsearch's influencer strategy end-to-end from scouting creators to measuring the exact impact every campaign has on leads and brand sentiment. This is not a supporting role. You will build partnerships, run campaigns, and report directly to the marketing leadership.
What You'll Do
Scout micro & nano-influencers (10K200K followers) with high engagement rates
Identify, shortlist & outreach to creators across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn who can execute a brand lift for us
Negotiate partnerships, manage deliverables, and ensure brand-safe content
Track CPL, reach, engagement, and brand lift per campaign
Coordinate UGC collection and repurpose content for paid ads
You Should Have
Strong personal interest in the creator economy you follow creators closely
Excellent written communication for cold outreach and negotiation
Familiarity with tools like Phyllo, Heepsy, or manual research methods
Prior experience running even one influencer collab paid, barter, or personal
A spreadsheet brain you track everything
