Roles and Responsibilities

Minimum Years of experience as a paginator in e-publishing industry.

Should have strong knowledge in Pagination Rules, Fonts, Non-XML & XML Workflow, InDesign Preflight.

Must have experience in InDesign, MS Office.

Must have working knowledge of MathType

Need to understand the client's brief and design as per the client's expectations.

Need to visualize and develop 'out of the box' creativity and design thinking skills.

Should be Energetic and self-driven with a strong aesthetic sense

Should be able to express innovative Ideas and understand the requirements

Should have hands on illustrations and drawings

Should be a creative thinker, independent in exploring ideas and directions

Should be able to meet the client's deadlines

Understanding the work culture processes and delivery mechanism

Adhering to the delivery schedules ,turnaround timelines

Being proactive with creating new-age design work in the spec-work categories

Working with a range of media across the various verticals
