Responsibilities:

€¢ Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' English language skills to determine their proficiency levels.

€¢ Develop personalized learning plans tailored to each student's strengths, weaknesses, and goals.

€¢ Deliver engaging and interactive lessons focused on the four key language skills tested in the IELTS exam: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.

€¢ Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their language abilities and exam performance.

€¢ Utilize a variety of teaching materials and techniques to enhance students' understanding and retention of English language concepts.

€¢ Monitor student progress closely and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement.

€¢ Stay updated on the latest developments in the IELTS examination format, scoring criteria, and preparation strategies.

€¢ Foster a supportive and motivating learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence building.

€¢ Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of our language training programs.

€¢ Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and achievements.

Requirements:

€¢ Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.

€¢ Certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL), Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), or equivalent qualification preferred.

€¢ Proven experience as an IELTS Trainer or English language instructor, with a strong track record of helping students achieve their target scores.

€¢ Excellent command of the English language, with native or near-native proficiency.

€¢ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.

€¢ Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching and empowering others to succeed.
