Job Description

We are looking for an ICU Registrar to join our team in Bilaspur. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of experience and hold an MBBS degree.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Patient Care Management:** Oversee and manage patient care in the ICU, ensuring all medical needs are met promptly and effectively.

- **Monitoring Vital Signs:** Regularly check and interpret vital signs of patients, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure stability.

- **Assisting in Procedures:** Provide assistance to senior doctors during medical procedures, including intubation and central line insertion, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.

- **Collaboration with Healthcare Team:** Work closely with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to create a coordinated care approach for critically ill patients.

- **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting all treatments and responses to therapies for effective communication and continuity of care.

- **Emergency Response:** Be prepared to respond to emergencies in the ICU, making swift decisions to stabilize patients and discuss critical cases with senior staff.

Required skills and expectations include strong clinical knowledge and decision-making abilities, excellent communication skills to interact with patients and families, and a collaborative spirit to work within a team.
