Job Description

We are looking for an ICU Medical Officer to join our healthcare team in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to critically ill patients, ensuring their safety and well-being in the intensive care unit.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Patient Care:** Monitor and assess critically ill patients, implementing care plans to address their medical needs effectively.

- **Emergency Response:** Act quickly and decisively in emergency situations to stabilize patients and manage life-threatening conditions.

- **Communication:** Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and communicate effectively with families about patient conditions and treatment plans.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.

- **Supervision:** Oversee junior medical staff in the ICU, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have a medical degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in an intensive care setting. A strong understanding of critical care protocols and procedures is essential. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with patients, families, and team members. Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions is crucial. Candidates must also demonstrate empathy and patience while caring for seriously ill patients, showcasing a commitment to their well-being and recovery. Qualification MBBS/BAMS should have experience of ICU at least 2 Years to 5 years . Package 50K - 55K .
