Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ICU Medical Officer to join our team in Hoshiarpur Punjab India. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 9 years of experience in a critical care setting and will be responsible for overseeing patient care in the ICU.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Patient Assessment:** Conduct thorough assessments of critically ill patients to identify their medical needs and develop appropriate treatment plans. This includes monitoring vital signs and understanding each patients condition.

- **Treatment Implementation:** Administer medical treatments and interventions as prescribed. This may involve managing ventilators, monitoring sedation, and coordinating care with nursing staff and specialists.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Effective communication is vital to coordinate treatment plans and follow up on patient progress.

- **Emergency Response:** Be prepared to respond to medical emergencies and manage any critical situations that arise in the ICU. Quick decision-making and a calm demeanor are essential.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate patient records and ensure that all medical charts are updated in a timely manner. This helps in tracking patient progress and complying with hospital regulations.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The successful candidate must have a medical degree with specialized training in critical care. Strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work under pressure are crucial. Qualification BAMS with experience in ICU Central Line Intubation chest tube and managing ventilators Package upto 60K Negotiable As Per Experience .
