ICU Incharge - Medchal

We are looking for an experienced ICU Incharge to manage our Intensive Care Unit in Medchal, Telangana. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 7 years of relevant experience and a graduate degree in a healthcare-related field.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Supervise ICU Operations**: Oversee daily operations in the ICU, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety are maintained at all times.

2. **Staff Management**: Lead and coordinate the ICU staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective teamwork and execution of patient care plans.

3. **Patient Care**: Monitor critically ill patients, assess their conditions, and make timely decisions regarding treatment and interventions in collaboration with medical staff.

4. **Quality Assurance**: Implement and monitor protocols for infection control and safety procedures to improve patient outcomes and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.

5. **Communication**: Maintain clear communication with families and medical teams about patient conditions, treatment plans, and any changes in care.
