Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and responsible ICU Incharge to manage and supervise the Intensive Care Unit. The candidate will ensure high standards of critical care, effective team coordination, and smooth ICU operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the ICU

Ensure delivery of high-quality critical care to patients

Supervise and guide nursing staff and junior doctors

Monitor ICU protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards

Manage ventilators, monitors, and other critical care equipment

Coordinate with consultants and hospital management

Handle emergency and critical situations efficiently

Maintain proper documentation and reporting of ICU activities

Train and evaluate ICU staff performance

Qualification & Experience:

MBBS / MD / Critical Care Certification (preferred)

Minimum 2-5 years of ICU experience

Strong clinical knowledge in critical care and emergency management

Experience in ventilator and ICU equipment handling

Salary & Benefits:

💰 Salary: ₹60,000 to ₹1,50,000 per month (based on experience)
