Job Description

Hiring: IAM Engineer

📍 Location: Bangalore

💼 Experience: 8-11 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IAM Engineer with strong expertise in Identity and Access Management, authentication, authorization, and access governance. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing secure identity solutions across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions.

Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access controls.

Implement SSO, MFA, and identity federation.

Manage role-based access control (RBAC) and access governance.

Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications and directories.

Perform access reviews, audits, and compliance checks.

Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues.

Support IAM security policies and best practices.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Hands-on experience with SSO, MFA, and RBAC.

Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID.

Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, or Ping Identity.

Understanding of SAML, OAuth , and OpenID Connect.

Knowledge of identity lifecycle management and access governance.

Experience with IAM integrations and troubleshooting.

Qualification

BE/BTech/MCA or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
