experience - 5 years and 3 years in gcc is a must

driving licence - a gcc driving licence is a must

technical skills: strong knowledge of hvac systems, wiring, troubleshooting, and safety protocols.

computer skills: proficiency in microsoft excel and word for documentation, reporting, and data analysis.

•leadership & communication: ability to manage a team and provide excellent customer service.

salary and others

omr 300 to omr 350 + food 20 —the salary range is given to source the right candidates and the salary will be decided depending on the candidate's skill and experience after the interview.

working hours : 9 hours (with break) per day and 6 days a week

responsibilities:

supervision & operations:

• manage and lead ac technicians and electricians to ensure high-quality service.

• assign tasks, oversee work progress, and maintain efficiency.

• ensure all ac and electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance comply with safety and industry standards.

• customer service & business growth:

• communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide professional solutions.

• improve customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.

• identify new business opportunities and suggest ways to increase sales and services.

• business development & reporting:

• use microsoft excel and word to prepare daily reports, track income and expenses, and manage schedules.
