Position - HVAC Supervisor

Experience - 5 years and 3 years in GCC is a Must

Driving Licence - A GCC driving Licence is a Must

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, wiring, troubleshooting, and safety protocols.

Business Mindset: Ability to suggest improvements and help grow the business.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation, reporting, and data analysis.

•Leadership & Communication: Ability to manage a team and provide excellent customer service.

Salary and Others

OMR 300 to OMR 350 + Food 20 —The Salary range is given to source the right candidates and the salary will be decided depending on the candidate's skill and experience after the Interview.

Responsibilities:

Supervision & Operations:

• Manage and lead AC technicians and electricians to ensure high-quality service.

• Assign tasks, oversee work progress, and maintain efficiency.

• Ensure all AC and electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance comply with safety and industry standards.

• Customer Service & Business Growth:

• Communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide professional solutions.

• Improve customer satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.

• Identify new business opportunities and suggest ways to increase sales and services.

• Business Development & Reporting:

• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to prepare daily reports, track income and expenses, and manage schedules.
