job location: chembur

1. scrutinizing & analysis of rfps, drawings, tender documents & specification to preparation

of project brief to rfp documents.

2. preparation of pre-bid queries after reviewing the tender documents.

3. preparation of rfq’s & follow up with vendors for quotations.

4. maintaining a cost database of various hvac items and ensuring the updating of the data.

5. technical & commercial analysis of the quotation with respect to exclusions, assumptions &

deviations to check the compliance.

6. preparation of technical & commercial comparison of hvac quotation.

7. cost preparation based on quotations & data base.

8. preparation of design basis report as per the rfq.

9. estimation of quantities by interpretation of auto cad drawings.
