HVAC Estimation Engineer (Chiller)

Exp- 4 to 6 years

Salary 6 to 7 LPA- CTC

Position Type- On roll

1. Scrutinizing & Analysis of RFPs, drawings, Tender documents & specification to preparation

of project brief to RFP Documents.

2. Preparation of Pre-Bid queries after reviewing the tender documents.

3. Preparation of RFQ’s & follow up with vendors for quotations.

4. Maintaining a cost database of various HVAC items and ensuring the updating of the data.

5. Technical & commercial analysis of the quotation with respect to exclusions, assumptions &

deviations to check the compliance.

6. Preparation of technical & commercial comparison of HVAC Quotation.

7. Cost preparation based on quotations & data base.

8. Preparation of Design basis report as per the RFQ.

9. Estimation of quantities by interpretation of Auto cad drawings.
