### 🚀 ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Conair Engineering Solutions is looking for an experienced HVAC Design Engineer to join its growing Design & Engineering team.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who want to work on end-to-end HVAC design for commercial and industrial projects, take ownership of technical design activities, and grow their expertise across advanced HVAC systems.

### 🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Carry out HVAC heat load calculations using HAP and in line with ISHRAE / ASHRAE standards.

* Design HVAC systems including Chilled Water, VRF/VRV, AHUs, Ventilation, Pressurization and Exhaust Systems.

* Prepare HVAC schematic drawings, duct layouts, piping layouts and plant room layouts using AutoCAD / Revit.

* Perform static pressure, pump head loss and equipment selection calculations.

* Select and size Chillers, AHUs, Pumps, Cooling Towers and Fans.

* Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, cost estimates and vendor comparison sheets.

* Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Electrical and Plumbing teams for smooth project integration.

* Review vendor technical submittals, shop drawings and compliance documents.

* Work closely with project execution teams and provide technical design support.

* Support testing, adjusting, balancing and commissioning activities.

### 🎯 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* . / / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

* 5-8 years of relevant HVAC design experience.

* Strong hands-on experience in HVAC project design and engineering.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Carrier HAP.

* Experience with DuctSim / PipeSim is preferred.

* Revit MEP knowledge will be an added advantage.

* Good understanding of ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NBC and SMACNA standards.

* Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Good communication and project coordination skills.
