Core Responsibilities
Cleaning & Sanitizing: Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting floors, surfaces, and bathrooms.
Room/Area Setup: Making beds, arranging furniture, setting up amenities (toiletries, coffee).
Linen Management: Changing bed sheets, towels, and managing laundry.
Supply Management: Monitoring, restocking, and organizing cleaning supplies and guest amenities.
Waste Management: Collecting and disposing of trash and recycling.
Reporting: Identifying and reporting maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items to supervisors.
Key Skills & Traits
Attention to Detail: Spotting dirt and ensuring everything is perfect.
Time Management: Efficiently cleaning many rooms or areas in a shift.
Physical Stamina: Ability to handle long shifts and physically demanding tasks.
