Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and preparing job offers.
Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals; provide regular recruitment updates to the General Manager.
Develop and execute employee engagement programs, organize team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and employee recognition events.
Oversee onboarding, collect employee feedback, and track performance month-on-month, reporting to management.
Conduct performance reviews, track KPIs, and assist in performance improvement plans (PIPs).
Maintain accurate employee records, track attendance, and assist in benefits administration.
Coordinate skill development programs and promote employee retention strategies.
Stay updated on HR best practices and labor laws to ensure compliance.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and support managers with HR-related issues.
Foster an inclusive workplace and ensure confidentiality in all HR processes.
Skills Required:
Minimum 1 year of experience or Interest in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic, growing global company.
Proficiency in HR tools and HRIS systems.
Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
Proactive approach, problem-solving skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, focused on employee satisfaction and retention.
