assist in posting job openings on job boards and our company website.

schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.

support the onboarding process for new hires.

employee records & data management:

maintain and update employee files and records.

assist with data entry and ensure the accuracy of hr databases.

help with compliance-related documentation.

administrative tasks:

provide general administrative support to the hr department.

assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining hr calendars.

help with hr-related paperwork and documentation.

requirements:
