Role: Run recruitment and day-to-day HR operations for our growing Eluru branch.

Responsibilities: End-to-end hiring: posting, screening, interviews; Offer letters and onboarding; Employee records, attendance and leave; Payroll inputs and PF/ESI compliance; Engagement activities and HR policies; Employee queries.

Requirements: MBA/PG in HR or graduate with HR experience; 0-3 years, freshers with HR internship welcome; Good Telugu and English; MS Excel and Word; Discreet and organised.
