Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for executing core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance. The role ensures that HR operations run smoothly and align with the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
Draft and release offer letters and employment contracts.
Manage new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
Maintain employee records and HR database.
Manage attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs.
Support in performance appraisal process and feedback sessions.
Facilitate internal transfers, promotions, and exits.
3. Employee Engagement & Welfare
Assist in planning employee engagement activities.
Handle grievance redressal and conflict resolution.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
4. HR Policy & Compliance
Ensure implementation of company policies and labor law compliance.
Maintain documentation related to statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.).
Assist in audits, background verifications, and HR reports.
5. Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate sessions with trainers.
Maintain training records and feedback reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of relevant HR experience.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving ability.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or PGDM in HR.
Experience with HRMS or payroll software.
Experience in handling recruitment and compliance end-to-end.
Work Environment:
Office-based role with occasional travel for recruitment or events.
Collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Skills Required
Government Liaisoning Knowledge
Understanding of local/state/central government procedures
Familiarity with regulatory bodies (., municipal, pollution control, urban development)
Ability to track and follow-up on approvals, clearances, and documentation
Drafting letters, proposals, applications, and reports for authorities
Documentation & Legal Knowledge
Knowledge of land records, lease agreements, NOCs, permits
Understanding of compliance and statutory regulations
Experience with RTI, tender processes, licensing
