Role:
Experience in end to end recruitment process (from sourcing to offer/joining).
Candidate Criteria:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Well versed in using Job portals/boards.
2. Experience of hiring needs in bulk projects.
3. Adherence to TAT and CTQ (recruitment profile)
4. Stakeholder management exposure
5. Must have knowledge on all HR Functions
6. Designing and updating job descriptions. Identifying the candidate's knowledge over the skill set required, ensuring availability and willingness to take up the job.
7. Crafting and sending recruitment emails.
Experience in BFSI hiring
