Designation: HR Recruiter
Working Days: Monday-Friday
Job Timings: Day Shift (10 am to 7 pm)

Job Responsibilities:
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Screening resumes.
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
Administering appropriate company assessments.
Performing reference and background checks.
Making recommendations to company hiring managers.
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
Following up on the interview process status.
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
Completing timely reports on employment activity.
Continually educate employees on company policies.
Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees.
Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues
Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:-
IT related knowledge.(Not Mandatory)
Computer Knowledge. ( / E mail Writing /Job Portals).
Knowledge regarding recruitment process.
Experienced candidate can also apply.
