What You’ll Do:
Handle full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from various regions around the world
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
Use creative and strategic sourcing techniques to build a global talent pipeline
Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and manage candidate communication
Stay up-to-date with international labor trends and best practices
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in international recruiting and full-cycle recruitment
Strong understanding of cultural nuances and global hiring practices
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently and across multiple time zones
