Role: Non IT Recruiter

Experience: 1 to 4 yrs

Roles & Responsibilities:

➢ Handling end to end recruitment responsibilities for client with respect to account, Delivery management.

➢ Interacting with the team to understand their requirements, client selection process and identifying best fit profiles.

➢ Understanding the technology and domain of the internal team to target the right talent pool.

➢ Coordinating with the team members to build strategies and hiring plans accordingly.

➢ Sourcing profiles from professional networking, internal database, job boards, and referrals and through head hunting.

➢ Screening the profiles before submitting to the clients to ensure the quality profiles are being delivered.

➢ Getting feedback and scheduling them for the interview.

➢ Ensuring timely follow ups & candidates until they complete all the levels of interview.

➢ Understanding candidate’s resume, career plans and evaluation of their role fitment

➢ Positioning relevant candidates to clients.

➢ Handling Recruitment in Terms Permanent Recruitment.

➢ Involvement in offer negotiation and post offer candidate engagement for better joining ratio.

➢ Maintaining all candidates Database.
