Role: Non IT Recruiter

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handling end to end recruitment responsibilities for client with respect to account, Delivery management.

Interacting with the team to understand their requirements, client selection process and identifying best fit profiles.

Understanding the technology and domain of the internal team to target the right talent pool.

Coordinating with the team members to build strategies and hiring plans accordingly.

Sourcing profiles from professional networking, internal database, job boards, and referrals and through head hunting.

Screening the profiles before submitting to the clients to ensure the quality profiles are being delivered.

Getting feedback and scheduling them for the interview.

Ensuring timely follow ups & candidates until they complete all the levels of interview.

Understanding candidates resume, career plans and evaluation of their role fitment

Positioning relevant candidates to clients.

Handling Recruitment in Terms Permanent Recruitment.

Involvement in offer negotiation and post offer candidate engagement for better joining ratio.

Maintaining all candidates Database.
