Role: Non IT RecruiterExperience: 1 to 4 yrsSalary : LPALocation: HyderabadShift: General Shift(Two way cabs are available)Roles & Responsibilities:➢ Handling end to end recruitment responsibilities for client with respect to account, Delivery management.➢ Interacting with the team to understand their requirements, client selection process and identifying best fit profiles.➢ Understanding the technology and domain of the internal team to target the right talent pool.➢ Coordinating with the team members to build strategies and hiring plans accordingly.➢ Sourcing profiles from professional networking, internal database, job boards, and referrals and through head hunting.➢ Screening the profiles before submitting to the clients to ensure the quality profiles are being delivered.➢ Getting feedback and scheduling them for the interview.➢ Ensuring timely follow ups & candidates until they complete all the levels of interview.➢ Understanding candidate’s resume, career plans and evaluation of their role fitment➢ Positioning relevant candidates to clients.➢ Handling Recruitment in Terms Permanent Recruitment.➢ Involvement in offer negotiation and post offer candidate engagement for better joining ratio.➢ Maintaining all candidates Database.
