roles & responsibilities:

➢ handling end to end recruitment responsibilities for client with respect to account, delivery management.

➢ interacting with the team to understand their requirements, client selection process and identifying best fit profiles.

➢ understanding the technology and domain of the internal team to target the right talent pool.

➢ coordinating with the team members to build strategies and hiring plans accordingly.

➢ sourcing profiles from professional networking, internal database, job boards, and referrals and through head hunting.

➢ screening the profiles before submitting to the clients to ensure the quality profiles are being delivered.

➢ getting feedback and scheduling them for the interview.

➢ ensuring timely follow ups & candidates until they complete all the levels of interview.

➢ understanding candidate’s resume, career plans and evaluation of their role fitment

➢ positioning relevant candidates to clients.

➢ handling recruitment in terms permanent recruitment.

➢ involvement in offer negotiation and post offer candidate engagement for better joining ratio.

➢ maintaining all candidates database.
