### What You’ll Do:

- Find potential job candidates using online job portals and social media

- Conduct initial interviews to see if candidates are a good fit

- Schedule interviews between candidates and companies

- Keep track of candidate information in databases

- Help create and post job listings

- Assist in onboarding new hires

- Support the HR team with daily tasks

- Meet hiring targets to earn incentives

### Who Can Apply?

- Students or recent graduates in HR, Business Administration, or related fields

- Good communication skills

- Basic knowledge of hiring and recruitment

- Ability to multitask and stay organized
