partner with hiring managers on job description, job posting and offer process
- onboard new hires within company standards.
- should be able to recruit blue collar candidates like driver & de & well versed with sourcing strategy.
- manage a requirement load of up to 50 plus open requirements
- communicate consistently with hiring managers on status of the openings assigned
- travel to assigned locations to build relationships with the leadership teams
- partner and collaborate with hiring managers to clearly define position needs, requirements, preferences, and evaluation criteria
- strengthen relationship with community, networking, utilize free government recruiting resources
- in order of time spent, list primary job duties this position is responsible for achieving
- uses traditional and non-traditional resources to source, identify and attract quality candidates, such as social media and networking
- screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), and matches candidates with internal openings.
