Hirings and Recruitment for the company.

Conducting initial round of telephonic interview.

Coordinating with the interns, managing them and following up with them. Managing the marketing team/interns.

Driving the team for daily activities to accomplish the desired goals.

For Marketing interns:

Good convincing power as well as networking skills.

To meet up with the daily target.

To coordinate with the Placement cell and respective CR's.

Promotion of programs conducted by LernX both physically and virtually.
