We are looking for an Assistant Human Resource Manager to manage our companys recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.
Roles and Responsibilities
Sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
.Maintaining employee records and files, including keeping track of leave records and performance reviews.
Managing the HR department calendar and scheduling meetings.
Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
Identifying and establishing contact with relevant colleges and universities, fostering strong relationships with placement officials.
Exploring opportunities for partnerships with colleges in areas like internships, training programs and placement.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an HR role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
