we are looking for an assistant human resource manager to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.
roles and responsibilities
● sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
●.maintaining employee records and files, including keeping track of leave records and performance reviews.
● managing the hr department calendar and scheduling meetings.
● oversee daily operations of the hr department.
● identifying and establishing contact with relevant colleges and universities, fostering strong relationships with placement officials.
● exploring opportunities for partnerships with colleges in areas like internships, training programs and placement.
skills and qualifications:
bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
minimum 3-4 years of experience in an hr role.
strong organizational and time management skills.
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
problem-solving skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
