**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Assisting Recruitment Processes:** Help in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews to support the hiring team in finding the right candidates.
- **Onboarding New Employees:** Participate in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome materials and assisting with orientation sessions to ensure a smooth start for newcomers.
- **Maintaining Employee Records:** Keep employee files organized and up-to-date, ensuring all necessary documentation is current and accessible.
- **Support HR Team:** Collaborate with the HR team on various projects, such as organizing employee engagement activities and maintaining HR databases to facilitate a positive workplace culture.
- **Conducting Surveys:** Help in creating and distributing employee surveys to gather feedback on workplace satisfaction and assist in analyzing the data for insights.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
- Candidates should have an or PGDM in Human Resources or a related field, showcasing a commitment to a career in HR.
