Employee Point of Contact:
• Be a point of contact for all the Onboarding, Vendor contracts, Payroll and Immigration
• Maintain employee files and ensure records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Collect employee information and coordinate with HR Manager to submit employee Leaves of Absence Requests
• Managing employee queries
Onboarding:
• Initiate background checks and keep new hires apprised of start date details.
• Collect and file all pre-employment and new hire paperwork and prepare materials for onboarding with the HR Manager.
US Payroll and Time & Attendance:
• Oversee and Review timesheet completions and escalate any issues to the HR Manager
• Document employee information changes to update and maintain accuracy
US Immigration:
• Processing H1B/GC/OPT, H1B Cap, H1B Transfer / Extension / Amendment / Extension and Amendment / RFE response
• Initiating and processing GC requests
