Key Responsibilities

Staff Management & Training: Supervise housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling shifts, and conducting performance evaluations.

Inspections & Quality Control: Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, and work areas to ensure compliance with company standards for cleanliness.

Operational Oversight: Assign daily cleaning tasks, coordinate with other departments (like front office), and manage room readiness.

Inventory & Equipment Maintenance: Monitor, inventory, and order cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment. Ensure all equipment is in good working order.

Customer Service: Respond to guest/patient requests, complaints, and special needs in a professional, timely manner.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce all safety, health, and sanitation regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
