Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping employees on cleaning procedures and service standards.
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and housekeeping equipment, and place orders when required.
Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the maintenance department for timely repairs.
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Maintain accurate housekeeping records, inspection reports, and inventory logs.
Assist in implementing standard operating procedures to improve productivity and service quality.
