Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and train housekeeping staff: Ensure that staff members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties efficiently.
2. Inspect rooms and common areas: Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to housekeeping standards.
3. Manage inventory and supplies: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and maintain accurate records.
4. Handle guest complaints: Address any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
5. Implement and enforce safety protocols: Ensure that all housekeeping staff follow safety procedures and guidelines.
6. Coordinate with other departments: Collaborate with front desk, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
7. Assist with scheduling and performance evaluations: Help with scheduling staff shifts and conduct performance evaluations as needed.
Required Skills and Expectations:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping roles, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
