Job Role: Housekeeping Staff

Aapki Job Ki Responsibilities

Shalom Backpackers mein aapki zimmedari hai ki property hamesha clean, hygienic aur guests ke liye comfortable rahe.

Room Cleaning: Guest rooms ki daily safai karna, dusting, jhaadu-pocha lagana aur beds ko properly arrange karna.

Bed & Linen: Guest checkout ke baad bedsheets, pillow covers aur towels change karna aur fresh linen lagana.

Washroom Cleaning: Toilets, bathrooms, washbasins aur showers ki proper safai karna aur handwash, toilet paper jaise items refill karna.

Dormitory Cleaning: Dorm beds, lockers, mattresses aur common sleeping areas ko clean aur organised rakhna.

Common Area Cleaning: Reception, lobby, stairs, corridors, terrace, balcony aur sitting areas ki safai karna.

Laundry Management: Dirty linen ko collect karna, laundry ke liye bhejna aur clean linen ko properly fold karke rakhna.

Guest Service: Guests ke saath politely baat karna, unki cleaning requests ko attend karna aur unki privacy ka dhyan rakhna.

Maintenance Reporting: Agar koi tap, light, fan, AC, furniture ya doosri cheez kharab ho, toh supervisor ko inform karna.

Cleaning Material: Broom, mop, cleaning liquids aur doosre materials ka proper use karna aur stock khatam hone se pehle supervisor ko batana.

Lost & Found: Agar guest ka koi samaan mile, toh bina delay kiye reception ya supervisor ko jama karna.

Aapse Hamari Expectations

Duty par time se aana aur proper uniform pehenna.

Apni personal hygiene aur cleanliness maintain karna.

Apna kaam bina baar-baar reminder diye complete karna.

Guests aur team members ke saath respectfully behave karna.

Duty hours mein unnecessary use nahi karna.

Bina permission duty chhodkar nahi jaana.

Property aur guest ke samaan ka dhyan rakhna.

Team ke saath milkar kaam karna aur zarurat padne par ek doosre ki help karna.
