Housekeeping Staff (Female)

Key responsibilities:

1. Clean and maintain rooms, bathrooms, and common areas: Ensure all areas are kept clean, sanitized, and well-maintained to provide a comfortable environment for residents and guests.

2. Change bed linens and towels: Replace used linens and towels with clean ones to uphold cleanliness standards.

3. Ensure proper disposal of waste: Empty trash cans, dispose of waste properly, and maintain cleanliness in waste disposal areas.

4. Restock supplies: Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other items to ensure availability for residents and guests.

5. Report maintenance issues: Identify and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to ensure a safe and functional environment.

Required skills and expectations:

1. Previous experience in housekeeping: 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping is required to ensure familiarity with cleaning techniques and standards.

2. Attention to detail: Ability to pay close attention to details to maintain cleanliness and uphold high standards.

3. Physical stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods to complete cleaning duties efficiently.

4. Good communication skills: Effective communication skills to report maintenance issues and work collaboratively with team members.

5. Flexible schedule: Willingness to work full-time and potentially adjust work hours to accommodate the needs of the facility.
