Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

- **Conduct Inspections:** Regularly inspect guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to established standards.

- **Handle Guest Concerns:** Address any guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have 3 to 9 years of experience in housekeeping management or related fields. A diploma in hospitality management or a similar area is preferred. Strong leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Attention to detail and a commitment to high cleaning standards are crucial. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for interacting with staff and guests.
