**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Supervise Housekeeping Staff:** Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping team, including scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure all staff adhere to company policies and standards.
- **Maintain Cleanliness Standards:** Regularly inspect rooms and common areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards, providing coaching and feedback to staff as needed.
- **Manage Inventory and Supplies:** Handle the ordering and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools to perform their duties effectively.
- **Implement Hygiene Protocols:** Instruct staff on health and safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
